Resident artist and director of Art Gallery on Ovens, Kate Jenvey had her drawing 'Edge of Dusk' accepted into the 15th International Art Renewal Centre Salon.
In the words of the ARC: "When talking about competitions and exhibitions dedicated to 21st Century Realism, The International ARC Salon is the largest in the world in terms of entries, and the most diverse in terms of categories and international participation. This makes the International ARC Salon Competition the most influential and far reaching competition for Contemporary Realism in the world..."
This year the ARC received 4,941 entries from 83 countries.
Kate says: "It is such an honour to have a realistic drawing recognised and accepted into this prestigious exhibition and be amongst such a strong field of excellent artists."
Kate's solo exhibition at the gallery opens on October 7-18th.
